VENDOR RULES:
Vendor Application and Selection Process: All potential vendors must submit an application and meet specific criteria to be considered for participation in the farmers market. The selection process typically considers the quality, variety, and uniqueness of the products offered, as well as the vendor's commitment, reliability, and compliance with market rules and regulations.
Vendor Booth Rental: For each Sunday Market, the cost for a 10x10 space is $10. If you need an additional 10x10 space, there will be an extra charge of $10.
Product Guidelines: Vendors are expected to sell only high-quality products that they have produced, grown, or created themselves. All items must meet safety and quality standards, be properly labeled, and comply with all applicable state and local regulations.
Sales and Pricing: All vendors are required to clearly display prices for their products and maintain fair and reasonable pricing practices. Misleading or deceptive pricing practices are not allowed.
Booth and Display: Vendors are responsible for setting up and maintaining their booths and displays in a clean, orderly, and safe manner.
Insurance: At Blanco Brew, we highly recommend that all vendors have insurance coverage, although it is not mandatory. Please note that Blanco Brew cannot be held responsible for any incidents such as injuries, theft, damage, or loss of personal belongings. We advise all visitors to take necessary precautions and ensure they have appropriate insurance to protect themselves and their property. Your safety and security are important to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Permits and Licensing: Vendors must obtain all necessary permits and licenses required to sell their products at the farmers market. This includes food safety permits, vendor permits, and any other relevant licenses.
It's important to note that specific vendor rules and guidelines may vary depending on the farmers market. As such, it's recommended that vendors carefully review the rules and guidelines of each market they plan to participate in to ensure they are complying with all requirements.
All vendors must be courteous and respectful to customers, other vendors, and staff. Any vendor that does not abide by any of the following rules will be asked to leave.
